Why do I get the message "Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER"?

This error occurs when you have multiple Adobe accounts and you try to open your eBook from an account other than the one with which you purchased your eBook. To remedy, log into the Adobe account from which you initially purchased your eBook, prior to opening your eBook.
